- Heat oil in pan on medium heat for 1 minute. Add cumin and mustard seeds, the chillies, ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt and raw peanuts.
- Stir it on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes then add the lemon juice and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the boiled rice, stir it gently to mix 3-4 minutes. Cover with a lid on low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish green coriander.
