  • Try to get a good night’s sleep. The best sleep is night sleep.
  • Undertake in some form of regular physical exercise
  • Try to eat the right foods and stay hydrated
  • Avoid excessive consumption of alcohol
  • Speak with your manager regarding your workload and time management
  • Try to keep some balance between your personal and work life
