Method
This curry cheese dip is an easy dish to make and can be modified to suit your taste! I often make two of these and serve one with curry powder and one without.
- Combine the cream cheese, grated cheese and gherkin relish in a bowl (and add-ins if used).
- Mix until consistent texture.
- Mould the mixture into the shape of your choice.
- For a ball / dome, press into a bowl.
- For a log, form the log shape in cling wrap. This amount of mixture makes 2 logs.
- Refrigerate the mixture for a couple of hours so it firms up.
- Just before you serve it, sprinkle curry powder on top.
