  1. Mix all together and put in a cake tin or cupcake pans.
  2. Bake for 25 mins on 180°C.

Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups icing sugar
  • 20 drops of lemon or lime oil
  • 60 grams butter (melted)
  • 1 TAB hot water

Method

Mix together and then layer on cake
