You’re invited to join our workplace challenge and move together for a great cause.
Dear Aspen Medical team,
This September, we’re inviting Aspen Medical employees to take part in STEPtember, Australia’s favourite workplace fitness challenge supporting Cerebral Palsy Alliance. It’s a simple, flexible way to boost wellbeing, connect with colleagues and help raise funds for early detection and therapy for babies with cerebral palsy.
From 1–30 September, participants aim for 10,000 steps a day — or convert everyday movement such as walking meetings, cycling, swimming, yoga, Pilates or other activities into steps using the STEPtember app or website.
Why join?
- Support employee health, wellbeing and connection across Aspen Medical.
- Physical health benefit: Regular walking can help improve cardiovascular fitness, build stamina and support overall health.
- Mental health benefit: Walking can help reduce stress, clear the mind and lift your mood during the workday.
- Take part individually or create a team with colleagues.
- Choose the activities that work for you — walking is optional, movement is what counts.
- Raise funds to support life-changing services for babies, children and adults with cerebral palsy.
