What sort of information can I provide back to the organisation in relation to HSE?
In relation to health and safety, you can provide feedback in the form of a complaint, a compliment or a suggestion.
How do I provide this feedback?
You can discuss any issue you have with your manager, your Health and Safety Representative, the HSE team or via AspiraIQ DCIQ.
To provide formal feedback, you need to access AspiraIQ DCIQ.
You then simply follow the form through to the end and hit Submit once you’re finished.
The HSE team can also provide advice if you require support.
